Please read terms and conditions prior to making donation.

1. Your payment is considered a donation to the charity and is not refundable. The following terms and conditions are for donations being made for a charity tour;

2. Your place on the tour has not been confirmed until payment has been received.

3. If there are multiple people traveling in your group, you may make one payment i.e. 3 people $5970.

4. If you are not able to attend the tour after making the donation we will do our best to find someone to take your place on the tour you were booked on. If we are able to fill your place we will do our best to get you onto another tour as soon as possible.

5. If the tour is cancelled due to exceptional circumstances outside of our control you will be given an option to attend a future tour or be @refunded in full.

6. LoveHeart.org does not keep any of the donations. 100% of your donation goes to the charity. Due to this LoveHeart does not have payment facilities set up, below are details on how to pay your donation directly to the charity.

7. You will get a receipt for your payment from John Fawcett Foundation and may be able to use this for tax purposes (please seek more advice from your accountant for further information and eligibility).
